All real estate transactions by a campus, division or unit of the UA System require Board of Trustees approval. Under Board policy contracts to buy or sell real property must be approved by the President or Chief Financial Officer, after review by the Office of General Counsel. Campuses should consult the following guidelines when considering a real estate transaction:
