LITTLE ROCK (April 18, 2023) – The Board of Trustees of the University of Arkansas has called a special meeting to be held in person and via videoconference at noon on April 19 originating at UA System – Cammack Campus in Little Rock.
The meeting will be held to address three action items including a retrenchment proposal at University of Arkansas at Little Rock, a solar services agreement for a systemwide solar project, and the selection of a design firm for the Hathaway Howard Fine Arts Renovation and Restoration Project at University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. Additionally, a discussion is planned regarding a potential affiliation between the UA System and Transformative Education Services, Inc.
The meeting will be held at the UA System administrative office board room at 2404 N. University in Little Rock.
