LITTLE ROCK (October 29, 2020) — The Board of Trustees of the University of Arkansas will hold a special board meeting via Zoom at 10 a.m. on Oct. 30 originating at the UA System – Cammack Campus in Little Rock.
An executive session is planned when the meeting opens at 10 a.m., with the regular session becoming publicly viewable at approximately 11 a.m. Any decision reached by vote in executive session will be publicly announced before regular session. Due to limited seating and the recommended social distancing procedures related to the Covid-19 pandemic, members of the public and the media wishing to observe the proceedings are urged to view the meeting online.

The main agenda item to be considered is a resolution that would authorize the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) to negotiate the terms of a lease of a building to be constructed to house an outpatient surgery center and a multi-specialty medical office building in Northwest Arkansas.
