Ashley Caldwell is the Senior Director of Strategic Accounts at embecta Corporation, where she leads retail, marketing, and distribution partnerships to deliver healthcare solutions in the diabetes industry. She is a five-time President’s Club awardee and a Winner’s Circle honoree. Previously, Ashley spent over a decade at Newell Rubbermaid, advancing through Category Analytics and National Account Sales. She notably managed and expanded one of Newell’s most critical business segments into the largest within its Walmart portfolio while also serving as recruiting liaison to Walton College. Ashley currently serves as President of the Arkansas Governor’s Mansion Association, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to preserving and enhancing the Arkansas Governor’s Mansion.  A recipient of both the Chancellor’s and Governor’s Distinguished Scholarships, Ashley graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arkansas Sam Walton College of Business in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Her term is set to expire in 2036.
