LITTLE ROCK - The Fiscal Affairs Committee of the Board of Trustees of the University of Arkansas will meet on Tuesday, May 14 to review and consider proposed tuition and fee rates at UA System campuses for the 2013-14 school year. LITTLE ROCK - Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe today named Charles "Cliff" Gibson III of Monticello to the Board of Trustees of the University of Arkansas. Gibson founded his own law firm in Monticello in 1981 and has served as county attorney for Drew County for the past 12 years.
