The Board of Trustees of the University of Arkansas will meet Thursday afternoon September 6, 2012 and Friday September 7, 2012 in Meetings Rooms A, B and C of Donaghey Student Center at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, 2801 South University Avenue, Little Rock, Arkansas.

The committee meetings will begin at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday afternoon with the regular session Board meeting beginning Friday at 8:30 a.m. or at the conclusion or adjournment of the committee meetings. The tentative schedule is as follows:
